Product Introduction

DPF(Diesel Particulate Filter) Ceramic Substrates are used in captures and stores particle for diesel-powered engine exhaust after-treatment system;

The diesel-powered engine usually used in passage car, bus, LD-truck(light duty truck), HD-truk(Heavy duty truck), on-highway, off-highway and stationary application;

The DPF(Diesel Particulate Filter) Ceramic Substrate support exhasut aftertreatment system meet EuroIV, EuroV, EuroVI, EuroVII and Tier3, Tier4 emission standard;

The DPF(Diesel Particulate Filter) was R&D and produced by Corning company around 1970s and started to be used for engine exhaust after treatment system around 1985s;

The material of the DPF(Diesel Particulate Filter) are Cordierite-2MgO•2Al2O3•5SiO2; 

DPF(Diesel Particualte Filter) Ceramic Substrate with alternate balocked cell design, leading and force the gas flow trought the micropore cell wall;

The diesel-powered enginer exhuast gas flow in open cell, flow throught the wall and flow out from the next open cell. So the DPF(Diesel Particulate Filter) also called Wall-flow Filter;

DPF(Diesel Particulate Filter) particle filtration efficiencies excess of 90% and meet  Particular Matter (PM) and Particular Number (PN) emission standard requirements;

The DPF(Diesel Particulate Filter) can be coated with catalyst and then was called CDPF(Catalyst Diesel Particulate Filter). The catalyst raw material include Rare Earth, Alumina, Platinum Group Matal(PGM, most commonly platinum, palladium, and/or rhodium), Cu-Zeolite, Fe-Zeolite and so on  coated on the wall surface of the holes.
