Product introduction:

Honmat SCRs are designed for NOx post-treatment. After the urea was hydrolyzed to NH₃, SCRs are capable to converter NO and NO₂ in the exhaust gas to harmless N₂ and waters effectively. The reactions occurred in SCR are as below:

4NH₃ + 4NO + O₂→ 4N₂ + 6H₂O

8NH₃ + 6NO₂→7N₂ + 12H₂O

2NH₃ + NO + NO₂→2N₂ + 3H₂O

The NH3 needed for the SCR reaction comes from the hydrolysis of a urea solution, the urea solution supply pump is equipped with a built-in control device, which can control the internal urea solution supply pump and compressed air solenoid valve to operate according to the procedure setting, react as below:

CO(NH₂)₂ + H₂O → CO₂+ 2NH₃
